A former professional international player and committed leader in training the new generation of basketball players.
Seidou N'Joya brings a unique combination of his high-level experience, his expertise in physical preparation, and his strategic vision for talent development to lead the NBA Basketball School France with high standards, discipline, and ambition.
An international player for Cameroon and former NBA prospect, he played at the highest level of basketball, notably in France (French Pro A Champion, MVP Espoirs), as well as in European competitions such as the EuroLeague and the EuroCup. His career as an elite competitor has shaped a rigorous approach to performance and excellence.
After his playing career, Seidou fully dedicated himself to training, mentoring, and developing young athletes. A renowned coach and physical trainer, he is the founder of the Coaching Sport Development (LE RESTORANT) program and creator of sports and educational content under the identity Dr Grind, where he daily conveys the values of hard work, discipline, perseverance, and team spirit.
Its educational program aims to develop mental preparation, general physical preparation, and the technical improvement of basketball skills, within a structured, supportive, and performance-oriented framework.
Through his international career and his constant commitment to young players, Seidou N’Joya embodies a strong vision: to inspire, structure, and guide the future generation towards athletic and human excellence.
